Founded in 1981 by Susan Rieke – Partners Services began as a part-time business to help earn college money for her children Jennifer and Peter.

It didn’t take Susan long to figure out that it made more sense to keep carpet and fabric covered furnishings clean instead of waiting until they were filthy requiring 

restorative cleaning. By the mid 80’s Partners Services was at the forefront marketing “Always Clean” carpet and fabric maintenance programs. Susan continues her philosophy and great service today.

Friends and referrals from our corporate clients developed our residential carpet and upholstery cleaning business and by the mid 90’s we were providing water damage restoration services and our clients were asking if we could repair too. In 1998 Partners Services added “Full Service Disaster Restoration” Cleaning and Repair services.

As a “Full Service” contractor we are skilled at providing one stop complete Water, Fire, Vandalism, Wind repair and Emergency Board Up services. We can efficiently fix a room or reconstruct a whole house. Our staff includes IICRC (International Institute of Cleaning and Restoration Certification) technicians certified in Water and Fire damage repair, Upholstery, Carpet Cleaning.
