Isn’t carpet cleaning janitors work?

Do you have to use water to clean carpet?

• At Partners we have several methods and systems for cleaning and maintaining carpet. We have truck mounted carpet machines that introduce super heated water, tremendous rinsing capabilities and the ability to extract 95% of the fluid (water and cleaning product) rinsed through the carpet.  We have efficient portable equipment that has almost the same extraction capabilities as the truck mounts.  We also proficiently use top of the line low moisture encapsulation products and equipment, leaving your carpet dry within 45 minutes to an hour.
   

What is the inside secret of carpet and upholstery fiber maintenance?

• You gotta LOVE the rug.  Carpet is typically the most expensive décor/design factor in most buildings, commercial or residential.  Replacement of dirty, uglied out carpet is a huge cost in product, business disruption, down time and stress.  Here is the secret….carpet forgets it is in place to provide safety, sound absorption and beautify its surroundings.  Carpet believes it is in place to clean your shoes, catch spills, filter air and collect soil.  Once it grabs the soil, it can be difficult to convince it to part with it.  The trained knowledgeable technicians of Partners Services, working with a good maintenance plan, good cleaning products and equipment, work their magic and convince the carpet to give it up.
